At a recent Dinner hosted by the Teesside Society of Chartered Accountants a sum of £5,850 was raised on the night from donations by attendees and a generous match Funding by Barclays Bank.

Kevin Shakesheff , Chairman of both Casper Shipping Ltd and the Charity Foundation High Tide gave an insight into the global commercial shipping industry , plus a brief talk about the Somali Pirate situation over the last 10 years, to an audience of more than 200 Chartered Accountants and their guests.
Kevin completed his speech explaining the activities and success of the High Tide Foundation which has had a major influence with Teesside schools and local shipping Industry, and has been endorsed by Prince Charles.’
